I'm having problems compiling the C++ mysql api on linux, here's the
output:

automake

/usr/share/automake/am/depend2.am: AMDEP does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
/usr/share/automake/am/depend2.am: AMDEP does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
/usr/share/automake/am/depend2.am: AMDEP does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
/usr/share/automake/am/lang-compile.am: AMDEP does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
/usr/share/automake/am/depend2.am: AMDEP does not appear in

any ideas? I'm using automake 1.5
