It says in the manual ".. recompile MySQL, and rebuild your FULLTEXT indexes
...".

First time I downloaded the source code and compiled it, I just deleted the
old indexes and created new ones. But now I have a lot of tables with
fulltext indexes. So I'm looking for an easy way to do it.
Searched through the documentation for something like 'rebuild
indexes'/'restore indexes' but haven't found anything yet.

Is there an easy way to rebuild all the indexes?

I'm going to write a small file with sql statements to do it if there ain't
any other way.
