Hi Arjen

     If that is the case, suppose if I have forgotten the string password of
a particular user But I want to grant certain privileges to him,
     is

      GRANT  DELETE ,..... ON <Database Name> TO <User Name> IDENTIFIED BY
'<Encrypted Password>'

      valid ?
