If the lenght of what wish to retrieve is fixed to 2 length,you can try
something like this:
select MID(YOUR_FIELD,3,IF(RIGHT(LPAD(YOUR_FIELD,4,','),1)=',',1,2)) from
YOUR_TABLE;
