Not out of the box.
You would have to right some code to do this.
The best way to do this is get every one who rights code to set up to hosts
at the top of there code.

The master receive all queries.

Then, the master write, update, delete, ecc..
the slaves answer SELECTs

If this is impossible, which is the utility to have slaves???
