1 will work. 2 will not work. 3 Use dbf2mysql. ( It should be in the downloads section on mysql.com )

1) Have i to convert the dbf into flat file then use the LOAD DATA INFILE cmd ?
or
2) Can i directly use the LOAD DATA INFILE cmd with my dbf file ?
I've tried the second point but it doesn't seem to work.
