Yes, I did rebuild the indexes.  Sorry I didn't mention that before.  I
assume the word 'key' would not be picked up if I had not rebuilt the
indexes after lowering the ft_min_word_len.

Hmmm, any ideas why the word 'dns' would not be picked up then?
