datetime ORDER BY is erred

I'm using MySQL v4.0.14 that ships with Panther_Server.  I have been 
trying to get it to sort datetime fields properly without success; this 
is what I get:



Is this a known bug?  Is there a workaround?

Any help would be appreciated.
