I have read what you say in the manual, but I don't know the way to fix the problem. Where the instruction FLUSH-HOSTS must be written? In the server? In MySQLAdmin? How can I write such instruction if after this error I can't connect to the database at the server anymore?
Connect as root from localhost. The block, if it's what I think it is, for the host that's having trouble connecting.

I am guessing, but it sounds as though you may need to issue a FLUSH HOSTS statement. Check this section in the manual:
