Greetings All, I have made a terrible newbie stupid mistake and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to save my bacon ....
I made a backup of a database which failed, but mysql didn't tell me :-( Stupidly a dropped the database, as you do and then the restore failed ..... because there was nothing in the file ... I read http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/DROP_DATABASE.html and it sounds like there is no hope for me .... But if anyway has any ideas or anything I can do, PLEASE let me know... ...... Thanks, G.
