Hello, I have installed MyODBC3.51 driver but I do not know how to make it work with unixODBC-2.2.6-4 and unixODBC-gui-qt-2.2.6-4. When registrating the driver, the ODBC manager needs two paths. The first is for the driver library itself (/usr/local/lib/libmyodbc3.so) and the second is for "setup". The problem is that I do not know what library it is. Because when I use the same path as for the driver, the manager,later, when setting up a USER DNS gives a "Could not create a property list for (MySQL)". Does anybody have any suggestions? (I am a complte newbie to Linux) I use Mandrake 9.2 KDE 3.1 unixODBC-2.2.6-4 unixODBC-gui-qt-2.2.6-4 MyODBC-3.51.06-1 MySQL shared libraries for MySQL 4.0.16 and 3.23.58
