Download and install BitKeeper. Then clone MySQL manual with command:
        bk clone bk://mysql.bkbits.net/mysqldoc mysqldoc

After you execute the following commands, you will see internals.texi file in the Docs 
directory
        cd mysqldoc/
        bk -r edit
        cd Docs/
