You have a number of options, but to name a couple you could:

        .. Use a tool called DBScriptor to export schema/data out of Oracle
and with a few tweaks
           it can generate MySQL DDL/insert statements.

        .. Use an ODBC "pump" tool like those included with the Borland
tools like Delphi, or
           like the EMS DataPump tool.
