What I have here is a database-driven website. In the past, I created a database and grant privileges to it. Now, I'm creating a carbon copy of it into another website which will be a test website with a test database. So, when I try the grant privileges to the test database, it returned a zero row count. So, the question I have here is it allowed or supported in MySQL to have two database with same localhost account and non-localhost account. I hope I explained it clearly...
