Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV: Incomplete

Bug description:
After a clean boot, MythTV is not using the LCD display. I have to kill
mythlcdserver manually (why is there no init/upstart script for it?) and
restart it, to get the LCD being used by the MythTV frontend/backend.
