I get a green line on the right side of my ABC HD recordings (720p) I just used the playback overscan feature to hide it.
It's hard to overscan 1/4 of the image. It's not a small bar (I've seen that green one, about 3-4 pixels wide), more like 300 pixels wide (can't screenshot because it's XV).
Doesn't happen on my actual mythbox, but it's running at 800x600 for the tv so if it's truly a video card issue, it wouldn't show up at that res.
