Hello. I have the same problem. Very annoying. When switching between virtual desktops (using keyboard or mouse bindings) some apps moves to 1-st virtual desktops (from 2nd or 5-th).
I have never installed myUnity. This doesn't happen when I have 4 virtual desktops arranged 2 horizontal and 2 vertical, i'm using MyUnity to set the number of desktops and arrangement I want.
