I wasn't able to reproduce this bug on Quantal. Please, mind test it again to
see if everything works fine for you on the development release?
BTW, this is unrelated to myunity.

Hi,
I configure my Unity desktop to have 4 virtual desktops all
horizontally, if i move some windows into the 2nd desktop, and I go to
the third one, the windows in the 2nd desktop get moved to the first
dektop.
This doesn't happen when I have 4 virtual desktops arranged 2
horizontal and 2 vertical, i'm using MyUnity to set the number of
desktops and arrangement I want.
