Eu administro centenas de servidores minha recomendação seria vc adicionar cada host na mão, sei que vai dar muito trabalho, mas...., depois vc agrupa os hosts no hostgroups, da seguinte forma:
servidores web servidores postgresql servidores mssql servidores windows servidores linux etc... Depois fica muito fácil de administrar, tive um trabalhão para fazer isso e com certeza essa foi a melhor forma.
