Pessoal, Primeiramente agradeço a ajuda de todos, obtive uma resposta com relação ao problema do NagiosQL, existem algumas correções a serem efetuadas na versão 3.1.1 para problemas conhecidos e um deles foi o que eu relatei aqui (gravação de múltiplos arquivos de configuração). Fiz a atualização dos arquivos e estarei observando o comportamento. Mantenho vocês informados !

It is also not possible to reproduce.
