Hi, Aaron. Cool, I'll make sure to go through and start doing this now to my config. I looked and saw that they have mention of this under the object configuration overview for notification_options under services, but they don't have it up above in the example. Meaning, they have listed above: notification_options [w,u,c,r,f] Then when you scroll down to the paragraph explaining they mention none for the option. I feel silly, I've been running Nagios for a long time and completely missed this. Sorry for the wrong advise before!
