Hi, We are experiencing some trouble with notification on Solaris - it appears to be very slow (~30 seconds / notification).
Is this normal for a Solaris installation? The command used doesn't matter, even just a check_dummy returning ok takes the same amount of time. - And even with a & in the end for backgrounding it, it is still the same amount of time. Is there a workaround for parallizing notifications or other means of having them spawn in the background? Has anybody experienced anything similar? All passive check processing halts while this is going on (performance info still says lots of external commands processes though), so this is a bit of a problem to us. // Steffen Poulsen ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace.
