There's no command line option to change this behavior. If you wish to
exit with a CRITICAL status instead of UNKNOWN you'll need to edit the
source for check_snmp.c around line 300 and replace --

die (STATE_UNKNOWN,

cl_hidden_auth);
with
if (found == 0)
die (STATE_CRITICAL,
