Indy, MY pleasure / passion. There is nothing wrong with saying you are both now. In fact, with an influx of salons switching to "Spa's" the number of Gel Service requests in the USA has risen dramatically. I was very fortunate in my career to have been exposed to my first Dir of Education that trained me to be a "full Service Tech". That meant knowing and offering on my services menu: Gels, Acrylics and Fabric Wraps. Thank god I did, because of the transition through my career to now being in Manufacturing and Global Education. And...of course, you never want to turn away business because "I don't do...(insert service)". It's ok to favor one service over another. You might be able to change your clients mind after a few visits to your preferred service. Once she trusts you.
Be proud to be full service, Indy!!! :) Elaine On Thu, Sep 18, 2008 at 8:51 AM, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Thank you for your note Elaine. It was very helpful.
