Michelle and Coco...

Calcium Kapping gel...yes over lay, cure 2 mins in a 9 watt or 3 mins in a 6
watt. I like to do two thin coats but if your client is careful with her
nails ..one can be enough. Then move on to your basecoat, color and
topcoat.

Calcium Kapping forms. They aren't for doing "extensions" but more for
helping seal the free-edge. When doing overlays on natural nails....ALWAYS
do all your shaping FIRST. Then put the fear of GOD in your client that
they can not ever ever ever shape their nails between visits or they will
break your seal. You can do the seal without the forms. Just brush your
overlay on the nail, then with a bit of gel still on your brush...tap tap
tap the ends (like when you polish your clients to get color on the very
end). Cure. Do the next coat. Then tap tap tap the edge and cure again.
If you shape after that you'll file off the seal you just created.

As for primer pen....it's Methacrylic acid. NOTHING can live on methacrylic
acid. However, unfortunately, not all state board inspectors know this. I
like to suggest confirming with your state. I know it's safe and you'll
never get cross contamination however, I would just die if some state board
inspector just saw you use a "marker" on two clients and wrote you up for
it. Just cover yourself and double check. Believe me, the pen is worth the
effort. It's soooooooooooooooooooo much safer than brush on primer. You do
not have to worry about spilling on your leg and burning you. You can't
over prime your clients either or flood the cuticles with acid.

Last Kapping Sealer. Not UV cured. It's not a topcoat or a basecoat. You
can't polish over it or under it. You can put cuticle oil on the nails
first....then do a clear coat of kapping sealer to your set and have
beautiful shiney nails. It does have a UV inhibitor in the product so it
won't yellow in the tanning bed or sun. It will also protect any product
from yellowing. It also have a GREAT glow in black lights (fun at a club
haha). You do have to lightly buffer block it off.
