Terri, Sorry I didn't answer this sooner. I've only just got back to the office. My first response to reading your issue, Terri was your cure but you mentioned your light is new. However, now that I've read your cure time, I'm back on your cure. It's ok to do the short cures between the layers (with clear only) however your final cure should be no less than three minutes. 120 seconds just isn't enough to be 100% cured. Also, are you using a lamp with 9 watt bulbs? or 6 watt bulbs. I'll assume 9 since you've said the lamp is new. I would also be so bold as to say the nails with the issues are her "busy" fingers. Likely, pointer or middle fingers. The reason I say this, they get more impact to get the shatter effect. The other fingers would likely show the shatter if they were under as much force as her busy fingers.
