When I am teaching my seminars for Cina (foreign countries) one of the things I teach is how to do beautiful nail art QUICK so that they are actually making money doing it. And one of the things I demonstrate is taking the Cina Top Coat and Bonder and dipping it into some Cina glitter and brushing the nail. I can control it enough to do a glitter fade or do a couple applications to get an even app (spaced) or apply the top coat and sprinkle it over the wet topcoat for full coverage.
FYI I can do this with the crushed shells too. :) Elaine On Thu, Feb 12, 2009 at 6:04 AM, Caralyn <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Could you take a gob of gel on the brush dip it in the glitter and spread > it out from there?
