Hey Neicey, You need to go to the state board website. They have a whole list of rules and regs that you must meet to have an in-house salon. A whole lot of stuff. honestly, I recommend you work in a well-known salon and build up your clientele. then maybe find somewhere to booth rent. Salons in the home are possible but there are many requirements to meet in NC and really more trouble to me than it was worth. But, it may be the right thing for you, so don't just go on my opinion. but read up first and then make the right decision for yourself!
