My referral program is this... If you refer in a client, after the new client's second appointment, you have a choice... either $5 off your next service or save up 3 referrals and get a classic pedi! ($30 value)... save up 5 referrals and get a free spa pedi ($50 value). This means they can either get instant gratification with the dollar discount, or keep sellin' ya and get something way better for free!!! When I have holes in my book, I remind my clients of this, and it gets them a'gabbin, and fills my holes!!!! This has been my referral program for 13 years. I just track it on their 3x5 client card... our clients are our best advertisement!
