I hand out a business? card?? to favorite clients with this?on the back

?The front has a line for the clients name and a line for the referral name.? 
The new client MUST have the card to get the discount and we always stress 
that.? It has been sucessful.? I?only pick favorite clients to give these cards 
to because they seem to associate with like people. And you want more of 
them,?The stylests give $10. off.? We have had a pretty good retention rate.? I 
keep track of who I give them to so they get their reward when they send 
someone.?

Question: how do you guys work out a referral program? Any ideas as to what is 
a reasonable amount of clients referred/gift? I have a client who just started 
with me and is already referring several people. Do you start giving credit for 
the referral straight away or do you wait for at least a second appointment to 
credit referral??
