Ok first there is a big difference between UV top coat and UV sealer.? ?Uv top coat is for over polish on acrylic or gel enhancements?and not usually used on natural nails.? As someone stated it will usually peel right off right down to the bare nail if used on a natural mani.
The UV sealent is usually used over pink& whites, gels, colored acrylic, gel polish ?and? other enhancements.? It is tipically done over a filed fairly rough surrface.? Lay acrylic, shape, file dust off and apply sealent&cure. It won't work over polish that I have ever heard of. Unless it is gel polish.
