Hey everyone!! While we're on the subject of staying on time, how about time management for us? What I'm thinking of is all this upselling we're supposed to do. Its great to offer little extras but how do you work it so that everyone stays on track? Do you book extra time for wiggle room, do you set one client aside with a treatment processing on their hands or feet while you start the next?
