I have tried it over ac. It peels on me. I don't know what I am doing wrong. The reason I would like it to work is that I hate doing pink and white refills and I could use the pow instead. Some of my ac clients have switched to gels because of the colored gel. It doesn't wear off of the free edge and they don't have to wait to dry. They love it. Angie Wingerter
