Lynnette, I meant using as a soft gel polish manicure. No I have never done one of these manicures before. I only have used gel polish over traditional gels. Angie Wingerter

Lynnette, I don't do the SOG, but I think the difference is that the SOG is more flexible then the regular gels. If you used regular gel polish it would crack because it is not as flexible as the natural nail. Is this right gang?
