I think if you buy a pre formed counter top it would be way too wide (deep?) for what we need. You wouldn't be able to get the client's hand! JMHO! I don't know how wide a normal nail table is...countertops are probably 25-26" deep. (they are made to cover 24" deep cabinets) You COULD have one made..in any size you need. Just costs a bit more...
