Lynnette, That's great! I have to work on my time, and like you said, l should talk less, even though I try to let them do the talking, but if I look up less, I would do better time... One of my new clients said that she received a mani/pedi in 45 minutes (for $35-that's why I asked her how long did it all take?). I couldn't imagine doing a mani/pedi in 45 minutes, I might call it an "Express mani/pedi" and charge accordingly... Arpi Sekeryan Sent from my Verizon Wireless

I am not going to kill myself more than I already am with clients!! LOL. >From start to finish it is about 50 minutes. Faster if I do not talk! Ha ha. I >am happy with my times. I only book waxings less than that. Brazilians take less than 15 but I book at least 30. And if I want to go eat or take the puppy out, I close up for the rest of the hour!! It takes me an hour, and half an hour for a mani. Once the client experiences the warmth of the heated towels, they forget about the soak. My pedis start at$33. Most only get that pedi. It is all how you present it Heather. You can make it however luxurios you want it to be. The soak/throne to me is just window dressing. The pedi comes from YOU and not the soak. My pedis start at 35 and go up to 60.00. I do 't think you can get top dollar without a soak. I wouldn't pay 50.00 for an upgraded pedi and not have a soak. That is part of the luxury of the service to me. LOL I had a client tell me that the dry pedi was not good and did not work. HUH? Okay- when she saw her calllus was not all that great aftwr I drug that damn tub out, she said that *I* was right. Ya' think? She just wanted to splash the water. I wanted to tell her to go home and splash her feet in her blankety- blank tub! NO splashing or toes in jets! Waterless is the way to go! They don't work as good as this gadget. Plus, I don't have to drag my e file back and forth to my pedi room. I had my extra e file in my pedi room for this purpose, but after a while the moisture and occassional splash ruined it. Why do clients always have to stick their toes in the jet holes?
