The white spots can be buffed off. I haven't used cuticle oil before buffing.

I will start priming the free edge of her nails. Just like you girls have said!! Question on the cuticle oil before applying the sog... soak the sog off buff the nail with oil then wash nails and use finishing wipe? The oil and water concerns me with lifting and peeling.
