No, it will have no effect. Immigrants are being exploited in many industries here in the US and not enough is being done for any of them. As long as their own people continue to exploit them, all exploitation of immigrants will continue. Not to say that Americans are not exploiting them too, as long as there is a market in the US for all the exploited immigrants, the exploitation will continue.
