I'm thinking it is aimed at salons with poor ventilation, cramped working areas, etc. I just don't know what to make of this.....what are they pointing fingers at? My son, who lives in South Korea talks about the subway systems which, in addition to the subway, have streets lined with businesses...all deep underground. He says the smell from the nail salons is detectable nearly everywhere when he uses the subway. He says he hears similar health reports there.
