Dianna, I was told by my neuro to wear immobilizing splints at night this helps
me a lot. I had moderate CT in my right hand and mild in my left. The right
has gotten better and the left remains mild. An eeg is the test they have used
to determine my degree. I also went to pt for an injury from a car accident
and my hand therapist showed me some exercises I do daily.
Smiles,

Subject: NailTech:: uh oh........tingling has started

well, no secret have had trouble with my left thumb joint, arthritis,
for years. Now last week the tingling started, left hand, up the
arm. thinking, great, am I having a heart attach or what. Took some
ibuprofen, and went away. All weekend the same.

Then today it smacked me in the face, is this the beginning of the CT
word, Carpal Tunnel? Okay you CT people, what are the stages, how
long can I go? No way am I having surgery in the future. diana from indiana
