Diana, Mine started just last week. I posted on my Facebook that no more stiffies are allowed at Salon 29! I was pleating window treatments in Jaclynne's room and it started. It is from the job. Mine is painful. I have been taking generic Motrin and using a very good wrist brace at night. Like you, I do not want any surgery. If the clients would loosen up, it would be a godsend. Right now I am yelling them I am going to pour this Barefoot wine on my counter down their throats to make them relax.... I am actually dropping their hands if they do not loosen. One of the mags had a good article on posture this month. I just read it on the plane. Things we can do to avoid this. One was a hand roll for the client....... Good luck with yours....

The right has gotten better and the left remains mild. An eeg is the test they have used to determine my degree. I also went to pt for an injury from a car accident and my hand therapist showed me some exercises I do daily. Smiles, Mary Jo Zwirowski Tipz N Toez, Ltd.
