Kelley - I do rockstar toes as well. I use akzentz base n gloss and sprinkle glitter over that - cure 2 minutes and than another layer of base n gloss over that. Most times though I like to use a base colour underneath the glitter since I think it makes the colours stand out more and uses less glitter. Its simple to do.
