ManiQ and most gels require 9 watt bulbs. The best option is a light with four
9 watt bulbs to give you even curing on the sides and thumbs.

Oil is a must, the product is just too flexible. It was suggested, if they
have length, to put a coat of MQ under the nail as well to totally encase the
free edge to prevent the natural nail from curling ( not to be confused with
traditional curling which is product separation at the free edge). I haven't
tried this yet because truly this only happens on a few people and it's only a
few nails. I, myself, have one nail that does it.

I was in love with Mani Q when it came out. Then over time I noticed that my
client's nails were taking on a dramatic C curve. I stressed that they need to
oil (top and under the nails) but I can't guarantee that they did.

Any tips/tricks on Mani Q with this issue? I sure would like to use it again.
