I have Young Nails hard gel, super thin, under three nails of Gelish... chipped one the day after I put it on... it's because I have hard gel on, when I use Gelish Structure I don't have the problem.. made me mad, lol

I am thinking on people with thin nails or long nails we might need to stick to the flexible sog colors. I had a client stand me up this week. I have been doing gel polish manis on her since August. She typically will go 3-4 weeks between manis with the GP on. Her last appointment was the day before Thanksgiving. Her appt this week was on Tuesday and she did not show. I tried to call her several times, then had the receptionist call until she got her. She was rude to the receptionist and told her that she had gone somewhere else because her nails were peeling. I don't worry about pleasing everybody, so no big deal, Just don't stand me up right? Well, she comes in yesterday for her hair appt and I happened to be outside taking a break as she walked in. She was just as sweet as pie,and said "sorry I missed my last appt, I went somewhere else. It had been about 3 weeks since you did them, and they were already starting to peel". I said " really? Really? It lasted over three weeks and just how long did you expect it to last. Polish never lasted more than 2 days on you, so three weeks is pretty much beyond target for a manicure to last " she said. " Well I just didn't think you did as good of a job because I thought they would last thru Christmas". I told her sorry she felt that way and good luck in where she was going. But I am starting to see this unrealistic expectation of this product from the public. I am also seeing that they expect to not break nails at all even after being told this is not like ac or traditonal gel overlays.
