Thanks everyone!! Another question for the online schedulers..... Does anyone else answer your salon phone if your not there, if so what do they tell the client that wants to book with you? For example, I booth rent and have control over my book, if I am not there they just book for me cuz the hair area has their own book so I just leave mine there. By doing online scheduling, I would be the only one and they really wouldn't have a clue. I was planning on using my phone at work and not my laptop due to the salon not having internet access. Have you gotten any new clients from doing bookings this way? I really want to offer this to my existing clients cuz they are always online emailing me or texting for appts.
