looks to me, like polish sandwiched in between a soak off gel. jim from l.e. mentioned being able to do this the last time i was at an hrte. the secret is the pilish curing in the lamp for 3 minutes. that gives all the solvents a chance to get the heck on outta there. the soak off gel is also a lot more flexable, just like the polish. and once you cure that first layer, you dont have over exposure issues.
