dont buy it quite yet, maggie  :)  let me confirm with jim.   i think the 
key is the heat from the lamp with only two layers of polish.   michele must 
have been distracted by the smell of the bacon when jim covered  this :D:D:D 
 i think you also want to make sure youre working with a good  bottle of 
polish.
 
right now i have a nail done this way.  i used the kudos gentle top  coat 
and it seems to be holding up just dandy!  now my next experiment will  be on 
the daughter :)

looks to me, like polish sandwiched in between a soak off  gel.
 
jim from l.e. mentioned being able to do this the last time i was  at an 
hrte.  the secret is the pilish curing in the lamp for 3  minutes.  that gives 
all the solvents a chance to get the heck on  outta there.  the soak off 
gel is also a lot more flexable, just  like the polish.  and once you cure 
that first layer, you dont  have over exposure issues.
 
hmmmmm..............i have an experiment to try :)  ill let  ya know how it 
goes!!
