I did a clients toes with red gel and accidently missed a spot (I know I can't do mistakes like that, but I told her I'm sorry), so now she told my boss that she might not come back. I just want to improve and my boss also do nails. I'm just helping her coz she got problems with her hands. I want to go for more education but need to build up my client basis (money) I'd like to pay my own courses :-) and I'm the only nail tech. Your skill? Your speed? Client retention? Retail sales? Are you an employee or booth renter? Does the boss do nails or hair? What had your boss done to help you address specific issues? Are you the only nail tech? Is there someone in your area willing to mentor you? Are you in an area where education is available?
