Well I fixed the mistake for free.. My boss told me so. I don't think my boss 
is very happy with me, she told me that from next week I have to go on my own 
for about two weeks or a month something like that and build up experience and 
and confidence and then we'll talk again. I really appreciate you people 
helping others, it sure looks like an easy job but its not!

Really thanks a lot, I'll go and have a look on the websites for sure!

discount on her next service?

You need to have a hearty to hearty with your boss and find out exactly what
she expects of you.  What is she willing to do to help you improve?

In the mean time toy need to practice on anyone who will sir still long
enough!  Even if you have to do it on your days off, foe free or super
cheap, the more your practice the betrayer you will be.

And keep coming here for advice!  We are a very knowledgeable and talented
group with much experience that we love to share.

You can also go to manufacturers website like Young Nails, Gina Silvestro's
site, kupa, cns, opi, etc.  Many if them have step by steps and video
tutorials that are free.  Also get on the NAILS and Nailpro magazine
websites.  There is some fantastic info there as well.
