Do the nail in the SOG color that you want under the Shatter, do two coats,
curing in between.  After curing the second coat, dry wipe the tacky layer
off of the nails ( do not remove totally).  Apply traditional topcoat, let
dry, apply Shatter or Crackle and let dry.  Apply SOG topcoat and cure.  No
chipping, no issues, just a few extra steps.
